3. 이클립스 설정
1) 첫 실행 시 workspace를 설정
2) window - preferences - enc 검색
3) workspace - UTF8 설정
4) CSS, HTML, JSP Files 모두 UTF-8 설정
5) 하단 servers 탭에서 클릭
6) 아파치에서 다운로드 받은 톰캣 8.5 버전을 클릭
7) 다운로드 받은 톰캣의 경로를 설정하고 JRE를 설정
